Integrated cleaner with desander and desilter

Purposes and scope of application: Integrated cleaner with desander and desilter is used for separating the solid particles in drilling fluid which has been processed by shale shaker. The integral machine combines the desander and desilter together on one shale shaker. The drilling fluid will first be separated by desander cyclone and desilter cyclone, and then overflow back to the circulation system. The underflow is screen separation by shale shaker. If necessary, the integral machine can be used as front shale shaker. The integral machine adopts a kind of wear-resistant special polyurethane material which can resist to fluid erosion and corrosion. The inlet orifice is tangential admission and Smooth transition which increase the separative efficiency. The number of desander cyclone and desilter cyclone can be designed according to user's requirement.
