Drilling fluid vacuum degasser

Purposes and scope of application ZCQ vacuum degasser is a special device as is used to treat gas cut well drilling. It is of great use to restore slurry density, remove gas in slurry, stabilize slurry performance and lower well drilling cost. And it is an appropriate supporting device to all kinds of slurry solid control system. As a vacuumdegasser, it functions like this: it makes a negative pressure area in air remover tank by means of the vacuum pump suction, and slurry enters air remover tank by way of suction pipe under atmosphere pressure. Then the slurry will be divided into thin-layer turbulent flow via umbrella plates, when air bubbles in slurry bursts due to its in-out pressure difference and air released is discharged to a safe region by vacuum pump by means of suction. Thus, the slurry left is discharged into solid control system tank via jetter. With high air-removing efficiency it is a wonderful choice for removing well drilling fluid air.
